Looks interesting: lucid straw. This is supposed to be a Hazy IPA. A pure white, silky head climbs one finger high and dissolves gradually to a generous lacing on the top. The nose likes fresh aromas, such as lemon zest, carambola, raw pineapple and a suggestion of green grape. A soft maltbase, both oat cracker and wheat are present albeit in moderate proportions. The flavor side is especially lemony but also a tad grapefruity. Pulpy and zesty, slightly pithy, as well. Carambola, grass, wheat, pineapple peel. Not juicy, definitely not tropical. The sensation is light to light-medium, zesty, a bit pulpy, moderately pithy, dry and drying. Not hazy though. Sinks down but falls short of both style qualifications and expectations.

Certainement la meilleure bière de cette brasserie. Une IPA classique mais plutôt agréable.
