My son-in-law is an ###, but has a great pallet. Sweet roasted malt aroma. It's almost like soy sauce. The texture is mildly soft, has as underlying dryness. That soy is still there while adding a natural raw unrefined chocolate that is strong roasted. By the middle a dryness and a small breeze of wine drifts by. Full of flavor, semisweet, but not something I would ever seek out.

Beer has a strong sour taste this brewery so far all the beers have been good.
