Shumensko is a traditional, easy to drink lager with a well balanced taste and noticeable bitter notes. It is produced since 1882 and is the only Bulgarian beer that have not stopped production for more than 134 years.

Malzige Aromen stehen im Vordergrund, gerade im Abgang kommt ein Schub an muffig malzigem Geschmack. Allerdings ist der Körper kaum vorhanden und das Bier sehr wässrig.
