"Look over yonder" Paul hollowed. The freshest of HBC586 and Talus hops could be seen gently swaying in the wind across the plain. The land was flat. So flat you could roll a coin and it would make the many miles to the hops ahead. The air was ripe with tropical and citrusy, fruit aromas almost so much so we felt like were buried deep within a fruit salad bowl. "The earth must be flat! exclaimed Paul.
