Kuivakka ja kirpsakka berliner. Ujoa hedelmäisyyttä kirpeyden takana. Sour tästä tulee mieleen, mutta ihan ok.

HonestBrew-joulukalenterin 11. luukku: Olut on lasissa vaalean meripihkaista ja kirkasta. Vaahto hävisi nopeasti. Tuoksu on makeahko, kirpeä ja hedelmäinen. Tuoksun lopussa hyvin makea hedelmä pistää kivasti esiin. Maku on kevyen hapokas, hyvin kirpeä, runsaan hedelmäinen, mandariininen, ja kevyesti humaloitu. Mukavan hedelmäinen berliiniläinen. Kirpeystasokin on sopiva.

Jälleen mielenkiintoinen ja melko harvinainen olut Honest Brewin kalenterista. Vaalea, kevyt vaahto. Maussa runsaasti sitrusta, joku voisi epäillä lasissa olevan kuivahkoa sokeritonta simaa :) Maku tosiaan kuiva, sourimainen.
