We were lucky enough to host our Scottish neighbours Overtone at the brewery a while back. The result is a bright old bold juice bomb. We used a terpene-releasing enzyme during fermentation to help unlock even more juice and followed that up with a heavy dose of Enigma and Motueka. This sticky sweet IPA should have fans of both breweries salivating.
