Double Belgian stout. This dark elixir undergoes double fermentation, first with an English yeast, then with a Belgian one to bring out its distinct character.

Nez café, broue généreuse et constante, couleur noir très opaque, texture crémeuse, goût très prononcé de torréfaction avec une amertume constante !

My last beer that I received for Christmas! A double belgian stout! Dark as the night with his brown head! Look oily and creamy! Big scent of dark chocolate and dark coffee. They are present in the flavor to. Really roasted, even burnt. The belgian side is present with some spice and yeast notes. It’s a well made and complex beer! I’m not quite use to black beer wet. Some people would wrote a proper review for sure! Cheers!
