Abteibier nach Lizenz der belgischen "Abbaye Saint-Paul de Wisques" in Nordfrankreich in der Brasserie Goudale in Arques lohngebraut. Unspektakulär, in jeder Hinsicht: Schaum, Farbe, Geruch. Recht mild-süßlicher Antrunk, Noten von Bisquit, Honig, Banane. Bittere etwas metallisch, kratzig (Extrakt). Hopfen aus Europa und Amerika, was immer das heißen soll. Die Kratzigkeit bleibt einem lange am Gaumen kleben und trübt den Gesamteindruck.
