Not usually the biggest fan of a pilsner but this one is very nice. I love Gipsy Hill’s stuff so was excited to try this one. There’s a sweet taste while still giving you hints of lovely malts.

Different to what I was expecting. Subtle floral aroma with a slight malty note. Sweet honey taste to start. Subtle maltiness leading to a bitter finish. Surprising low in the honeyness. A crisp and refreshing session drink
