A subtle Red Beer dominated by neither malt sweetness nor extreme hop. We want ‘balance’. Roast malts, whole English aroma hops and bottling with live yeast are the keys to refreshment and drinkability.

Amber coloured, caramel and floral aromas, caramel notes in the flavour. Slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
