Wow! This beer looks bbbbeautiful! Muddy, deep dark violet. Insane! The emerging head is lighter purple but shiny and reaches one finger until it dissolves to a thin lace ring. Blueberry juice, lactose and vanilla dance seductively in the air. That is the leading crew. Maple syrup, toffee and caramel join the spectacle in the second row. Perhaps distant fig should also be added to the cadre. This is really promising! 💜💜 Oh mama! Copious blueberry juice, straight from the boreal forest. A generous degree of sourness prevails all around. And some minuscule particles that find their way to my mouth every now and then, probably/hopefully blueberry remnants. Lactose is overcome by vanilla. Maple syrup is shy, so is caramel. All in all, super intriguing! 💜💜 The body is light-medium. The aftertaste offers intensive blueberry juice where lactose is back in business. Not subdued anymore. Many other flavors seem to go hiding at this stage. The beer feels like no beer. Very unbeery for sure! Juicy, slightly tart, summery, relatively thick, deep, pulpy and light-medium. Desserty, no doubt. Delicious. Must be one of my best non-alc beers of all times.
