The appearance is high-quality. It looks quite thick, with a nice, clean pale yellow color. In the aroma, there’s a hint of tartness, orange peel, berry notes, and Mosaic hops. The mouthfeel is somewhat sweet, smooth, juicy rich, balanced, and in the end it turns dry. The taste includes citrus, tropical flavors, orange peel, blueberry twigs, mango, pineapple, a touch of grapefruit, as well as pine and raisin. The aftertaste is slightly sweet, smooth, and a bit raisiny, leaving a slightly tart orange peel flavor in the mouth. Overall, a successful New England DIPA from Floc Brewery. The hop combination could perhaps be even more to my personal taste. __________________________ Ulkonäkö on laadukas. Tosi paksun näköinen. Kivan puhtaan vaalean keltainen. Tuoksussa hieman happamuutta, appelsiinin kuorta, marjaisuutta ja Mosaic - humalaa. Suutuntuma on makeahko, pehmeä, mehuinen, ryhdikäs, tasapainoinen ja lopulta kääntyy kuivaksi. Maussa sitrusta, trooppisuutta, appelsiinin kuorta, mustikan varpua, mangoa, ananasta, hieman greippiä, sekä havua ja rusinaa. Jälkimaku on makeahko, pehmeä ja hieman rusinainen. Jättää suuhun appelsiinin kuoren hieman happaman maun. Oikein onnistunut New England DIPA Floc - panimolta. Humalacombo voisi toki olla vielä hieman paremmin omaan makuun osuva.
