This beer is an Organic Lager. It has a bronze color to it. It smells very fruity like Grapefruit and herbaceous. It tastes of grapefruit, caramel, and herbs. There is a well known smell to it, but I can't tell what it is. It has a smooth mouth feeling to it. It says on the bottle that it goes welll with spicy asian food. It also says that the beer is a mix between IPL (India Pale Lager) and premium Pilsner. A very good beer. It also has a small bitterness to its aftertaste.
