After sauna refreshment. Looks balmy: foggy, deep yellow, astonishingly like orange juice. The carbonation is relatively vivid and unlocks a tall froth up to four fingers. The scent offers bags of fruits, especially citruses: orange, tangerine, mandarin and – a bit surprisingly – lime, as well as a bit of a sharp solvent-like odor. A moderate creamy undertone slithers among them. The tongue receives both fruity flavors and esters. I can observe raw orange, tangerine, lemon zest and pith, raw pineapple, dank weed. The solvent-like nuance is, fortunately, marginal. It's also cushioned neatly with the creamy wave underneath. What surprises me here is the intensive hop burn that starts already before the tail. It would indicate that the beer is too fresh rather than too old. But... [read till the end]. The body is medium-full. Very nice. The end is fruity, citrusy, a bit raw, and leaves a good deal of hop burn. I 💛 it! The sensation is medium-full, thick, deep, creamy, dank, modestly sharp but astonishingly gluggable. Now, a fun fact if you have read this far: the best before was 22 January. That is six months ago. Can you imagine? Why is it funny? Because the vendor sold this a week ago when it was already seriously past its due date. It was clearly indicated there that the best before was in January but I didn't pay attention to it because it was in Dutch. Now I know what "THT" means. 😅 Had I really known it was sooo old, I definitely would have skipped this. But since I bought it (cheaply), I'm actually glad I did. This beer should have been wasted big time for two reasons: 1) this is an NEDIPA, 2) this is half a year past bbd. But, instead, this is still quite stunning. I especially admire the hop burn. Like a very fresh beer. The distant solvent-like twist may, in turn, reflect the age. Or maybe not. Anyway, all in all, this has stood the test of time fantastically. Normally this would be 3.5 Taking into account the age ➡️ 4.4 Discounted for solvent-like twist ➡️ 4.1

Lasiin laskeutuu hyvin sameaa melko tuoksutonta olutta. Maku hentoa, lopussa lievä karvaus.

Makean hedelmäinen,missä vähän ikävän esanssinen hedelmäinen maku. Muuten ihan ok,toki p.e 01/25 vähän laittaa miettimään tavaran tuoreutta Luukku 11

Hoptimaalin kalenterin luukku 11: Trailblazer NEDIPA - VAT'33 Lasiin kaatuu hailakan kellertävä ja vähävaahtoinen olut. Tuoksua hallitsee aluksi voimakas ananasmehu, joka syvenee lämmetessään hedelmäsalaatiksi. Suutuntuma on mainion rikas, kupliva. Maussa trooppinen hedelmäkocktail on kyllä melkoista tykitystä. Jälkimaussa ananas nostaa taas päätään. Mainio olut 👍🏻

Hoptimaalin joulukalenterin 11. luukku: Katkerot hyökkää heti alusta, vähän dänkki. Holi tunkee läpi vaikka maltillinen 8%.
