I didn't realise this was 3.5% until I poured and scanned it, so I suppose this can be an extension of my AF odyssey. The pour left a hazy, straw yellow body with one finger of white foam that lasted well. Scents of banana, a little honey and a firm hit of clove as the glass sits under the nose. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, very smooth and predominately foamy with light carbonation. Taste is banana upfront with a firm sweetness, something between honey and bubblegum, with a faint spice as the aftertaste fades. This is basically a light heffweissen. Would happily have it again.

On continue la rétro Pologne avec cette Kozel classique qui est très bien passée avec une petite truite au four et ses frites. C’était blond et frais comme une lager, avec une belle mousse, assez rond et assez neutre au final (je vois que ça vient de chez Asahi, on est donc dans l’industriel) mais très agréable pour accompagner ce petit resto à l’ambiance chalet de montagne, où les voisins de la table d’à côté s’enquillaient des pintes accompagnées de shots de vodka !

#7 des Polen Trip. Ich mach es kurz, gut trinkbar, leicht, hat kein Highlight aber auch nicht viel negatives, guter Durchschnitt das sich ordentlich trinken lässt. Meine Empfehlung, Prost 🍻
