Brewed using malted barley and common wheat, alongside unmalted wheat, Ninkasi Blanche goes straight to the heart of freshness. Original and light, it pours hazy pale yellow with a generous, dense, persistent white head. The aroma is a mix of spices, fruits, lemons, and cereals, which translates perfectly to the smooth palate, and a fine Citra hop finish. Ninkasi Blanche is a multi-award-winning brew, including Gold Medals at the Concours International de Lyon in 2016 and Brussels Beer Challenge, as well as Bronze at the Paris Concours Général Agricole in 2010.
