Coolheadin Olutkoe-erän neljas versio, sinkkuhumaloitua tällä kertaa, eli CPB#004 - Single Hop Simcoe. Raikas, greippinen ja juotava. Kevyehkö, kuivuuteen kaartaa lopussa. Toimi erinomaisesti pizzan kyljessä.

Tulin äkkiä hakemaan illan pudotuspelioluet, ja Vartti aikaa maistaa uusi pa. Todella mehukas ja maltilliset prossat, täydellinen terassiolut. Hieman jotain trooppista sekamehua eikä yhtään terävä. Aivan loistava olut.
