Ruskeaan taipuva ohramallas olut. Mukavan makea. Siirappi maistuu hiukan.

Ihanan siirappinen. Lähes täydellinen.

I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect with this especially after the imperial stout from them was so bland and average. This however fared a lot better. Malty with waves of sweet caramel and a rye like character complimented well by spicy hops and a noticeable bitterness that isn’t too assertive. Certainly knocking on the door of Barleywine territory but remaining unique.

An enjoyable beer! Not one to neck mind; some strong complex flavours, rich malt and treacley notes with some strong bitterness. Hard to find this style and strength of beer so not much to compare to but definitely something different!
