Smells more like apple pie than it tastes. Has a strong apple taste with a touch of cinnamon to it. Has a light hoppy bite that fades a little as you get further in. Has a bready, dare I say pie crust, malt to it. Overall at first I didn’t think the hoppy part worked well but it faded which helped it quite a bit. You better like apples if you go to drink this one.
