Fängt erst mal wässrig an aber dann kommt ne gute würze. Im Abgang dezent herb. Untenrum bleibt es eher unrasiert.

Hazy plastic mug... 🙄 The beer colors deep gold anyway. Vivacious carbonation boosts an off-white, thick head that builds up to four fingers. Long retention keeps the dense foamy cap tightly on the surface. The withdrawing head paints the mug with messy traces. Biscuit malt is the overriding element in the air. There's also a soft light-sweet nuance in the scent, like bun or something. Caresses gently my olfactory sense. The taste is astonishingly creamy and velvety. The actual gustatory components are soft biscuit malt, wheat bread and a truly distant grainy note. The body is light, even a bit more robust than that. The ABV would justify an even thinner body. The finish continues straight away from upfront without any deviation. The mouthfeel is somewhat light, soft, velvety, creamy and smooth. It's also clean and balanced as well as very easy, simple and frothy.
