Bishop’s Barrel No. 23 is a Rye Doppelbock Aged in Rye Whiskey Barrels. It’s lightly spicy, with upfront notes of toffee, brown sugar and cherry, balanced by the slight rye character of the beer and the rye whiskey character from the WhistlePig barrels it was aged in.
