Lambic flight 3/3. Semihazy, pale amber beer. Or deep gold. Probably they are the one and the same color anyway. Marginal carbonation produces a frazil-icy lace ring on the top. A smoooooky scent. Love it! 🧡 Smoked cured ham. Apricot, a sour edition of orange pulp, orange peel. I can also identify wheat malt in the background. Now we are talking! The taste offers a much less prominent smoky nuance. Bitter wheat malt, still relatively zesty overall. Lemon. Green apple. Sour apricot. I'm trying hard to locate gooseberry on the tastebuds but I have to admit that it remains hidden to me this time. Not sure if the yeast is wild but it's yeast anyway. The body is light-medium. Still nothing spectacular. The end is smoky, fruity. Apricot for sure. Disappears fairly quickly. The mouthfeel is light-medium, zesty, pulpy, juicy, smoky, smooth. Faintly vinous. Barrel notes detectable. Nice. Different.
