Low visibility procedures or LVP are procedures which are in progress at aerodromes when weather conditions are poor. Such poor conditions could be for example when surface visibility is limited due the fog or cloud base being low. The forecast for this brew was extremely hazy and foggy so declaring LVP with this one was inevitable. Have couple of these and it might be that you'll need to declare LVP for yourself as well.
