Väriltään tumman keltainen, hieman hiutaleiden. Tuoksu makean hedelmäinen. Suutuntuma pintoja peittävä. Maussa puolikuiva hedelmäisyys, terävällä katkeruudella joka kutittelee loppuun saakka. Alkoholi hitusen puskee läpi.
