Cloudy amber beer with obedient carbonation builds a creamy head that crowns the top up to one finger. The short retention pulls the head fast down. Malt in the air. Crackery. A bit of grapefruit and dried apricot. Quite alright. The flavor constellation is composed of graham cracker, a tad doughy malt, dried apricot, mandarin peel, distant caramel and marginal hops. The body is light-medium. The finish is fairly close to the actual taste experience but the hoppy sector grows moderately. Here I lay all alone, tossing, turning, longing for some of the aftertaste's tender love. The mouthfeel is light-medium, smooth, slightly crisp, satiating and balanced. Not a mainstream bulky piece.
