Aroma: Slightly timid. Citrus, stone fruits, pine, herbs. Taste: Citrus in a wide spectrum (from lemon to grapefruit peel), pine/greens/herbs, stone fruits. There’s a bright citrusy/lemony beginning that ends with a piney/green/herbal flavor that also is bitter.
