Transparent and golden, we’ve fermented the beer with California Ale yeast from Whitelabs, giving it a neutrality that highlights the balance between malt and hops. This convertible Falcon is a delicious ode to citrus aromas, with sparkling notes of grapefruit and orange peel, accompanied by pine resin and that dank touch we love so much in IPAs.
