Finishing up my dark side weekend (well at least the new ones). This has dark roasted malt with light char, really bitter bakers chocolate, light expresso and licorice with hints of rye. Almost medium thickness. This was one of the most bitter stouts I’ve had. Very tasty. Another fresh one canned 10/1/25.

Oatmeal stout. Perfectly fine with spicy thai food.
