An aircraft call sign is a group of alphanumeric characters used to identify an aircraft in air-ground communications. Call sign is also the name of our single hop beer series.
First up is Nelson Sauvin. This bad boy is a double NEIPA which is packed with...well, Nelson Sauvin. For this brew we used Freestyle Hops Nelson Sauvin T-90 pellets and they are just awesome. Look for those tropical, passion fruit, gooseberry and white wine flavors. They are all there. "Nelson Sauvin-1, report ready". Cheers!

Hanasta. Terassikalja. Suussa sulava täyteläinen nedipa. Vähän tummempi tuleentuneen vehnän värinen. Hedelmäinen jälkimaku pienellä pähkinäisellä vivahteella.

Muddy, deep peach-orange beer with a whipped-creamy head that first climbs two fingers high and melts soon like whipped cream melts. Collapsing.
The fragrance puts forward loads of green grape, nectarine, mango, clementine and cream. Extraordinarily like tropical fruit ice cream. Awesome.
The tastebuds fall in love with huge bags of nectarine, green grape, clementine, mango and papaya, all embedded in a massive creamy veil.
The body is full, incredibly tropical, nectar-like, velvety, smooth and crushable. Excellent!
