Aivan mainio Neipa, hedelmää, tropiikkia, kevyttä katkeroa, Salamaan voi aina luottaa.

Friday. Finally. Let me crack open a beer. I deserve it. I believe I deserve it. Looks like breakfast juice: relatively hazy, deep warm yellow. Afternoon sunshine at its best. The carbonation is regular. The froth displays small bubbles and an off-white color. Reasonable retention. A billowy lace ring wafts on the top thereafter. Pineapple and carambola are the dominant aromas of the scent. A little twist of peach. Tangerine, lemon, faint candy and oat flakes. Soft, somewhat tropical. Attractive. The taste profile doesn't exactly match the olfactory supply. It's slightly crisper, bends towards grapefruit peel and pith and portrays even yeast and bitter wheat malt. The most remote notes include lime and grass. The body is light to light-medium. The finish gives bitter citrus peel, pith, yeast and floury wheat malt. The end doesn't really land in New England. The aftertaste likes uppers, I like downers, so meet in the middle; we get so deep but we're so shallow, so meet in the middle. The mouthfeel is light-medium, somewhat dry, definitely drying, medium-crisp and pithy. It's zesty but not particularly tropical. I wish it were. Refreshing though. A debut by our new baby.
