5.5% India Pale Ale
A sweet Indian Pale Ale. Dark golden color with reddish reflections. Aroma and flavor of peach from the Simcoe hops and the caramel silkiness from the malt Melanoidina. Bitterness characteristic of its style. Very pleasant and refreshing sensation in every sip.

C’est pas mal du tout, belle amertume équilibrée par le fruit et l’agrume, une ambrée avec du style et du peps. J’aime beaucoup!

Langanhaltende grobporige Schaumexplosion, die sofort den Duft von Apfelsine und Pfirsich freisetzt. Die Blume selbst schmeckt kurioserweise etwas nach Sahnekaramell; Werthers Echte lassen grüßen. Der Antrunk ist schön süffig und lässt auch hier sofort den Simcoe erkennen. Die 50 IBU kommen nicht ganz so heftig rüber wie befürchtet. Insgesamt sehr frisch und rund. Ergänzung: das Etikett gibt anders als hier 5,5% an.
