Brewed with Pale malt, dark crystal, Munich, Caramalt and chocolate malts. The wort is hopped with Bobek, Styrian Goldings hops from Slovenia. The malty flavour from the dark malts is balanced with the clean, mineral quality imparted by the yeast. Hops prevail at the finish.
