An IPA brewed with massive amounts of American hops, but fermented at cold temperatures like a lager. The result is a perfectly balanced, easy drinking, hop forward yet crisp beer. Chinook, Lemondrop, Eukanot, and Simcoe hops give the beer layers of ripe fruit, citrus zest and resinous character in both aroma and flavour.
