What a beer. The complexity from this one hop is unbelievable. Having had the single hop Thornbridge version and it's soooooooooooooo much better. Tropical, a bit dry and bitter at the end but it swirls with flavour as it washes over the tongue. Really thick for 5.5% pale. Beautiful beer, must try.
