I hope to change the trend better up now. This colors limpid, deep chestnut brown. A beige dense head. I expect smoked plum and I get smoked plum. Caramel, syrup, oakwood and barrel nuances. The gustatory profile offers smoked elements. Plum is present. Brown malt, caramel, a whisper of syrup, bags of barrel notes with an oaky vibe complete the package. The body is medium-full. The end is a bit sharper. The mouthfeel is full, barreled, lip-glueing, even marginally sticky and faintly alcoholic. Not particularly deep though. Flavorful but I want more of this ABV and style.
