A rich chestnut coloured beer brewed with a balance of dark malts including, Imperial, Chocolate, Dark Aromatic and both Light and Dark Crystal Malts. Galaxy Hops from Australia, Nelson Sauvign from New Zealand and a touch of Canadian Maple Syrup.
