
A New England style base pale, with a lower mash temperature and a lower final gravity, for a traditional pale ale dry finish. Citra and Centennial bringing the lemon curd and sharp citrus. Ekuanot with some tropical juice. Dry-hopped entirely during fermentation.

Excellent. Really satisfying dry-hopped pale ale. Pine, citrus and tropical flavours in a balance that’s pretty spot-on!
