Gährig, ein wenig muffig, darunter ist eine süßliche Note verborgen. Das Bräu erinnert entfernt an Brot. Das Mundgefühl ist leider leicht wässrig. Ansonsten sehr leicht und gut bekömmlich. Süffig. Lecker.
