We’re hopping firmly back aboard that hype train set off from our birthday beers and we’re making a stop in TIPA town, baby. As we rolled into the new year, our founder and MD Sean wanted to make a conscious effort to spend more time in the brewery and reconnect with what made him want to come into this game in the first place; brewing incredible beer. Wind Fever is Sean’s first solo effort back on the kit and it’s a big one - an absolutely hop drenched feat of alchemy up there with some of the best we’ve ever brewed. With a dry hop charge positively bursting at the seams pushing the 30g/l mark, we’ve absolutely loaded this beer to the nines with an all Idaho 7 hop bill squeezing every last conceivable drop of mango, peach and apricot, back
