For the second beer in the series, we chose to brew a New England IPA with a higher alcohol percentage for the final winter months. The hop combination consists of Citra, Citra Cryo and Motueka hops that provides juicy notes of fresh citrus, tropical fruit and a hint of lime. The use of a generous dose of oats and wheat gives the beer a full and smooth mouthfeel.
