Catch Of The Day: Citra showcases our lot selected crop of 2023 Citra where we find a heightened level of citrus and creamy tropical fruits with an almost Mosaic-leaning berry quality. We've swapped out the yeast on this Catch of the Day to help push the terpenes in Citra where we find a perception of bitterness whilst keeping the IBUs low. Notes of creamy papaya, passionfruit, clementines, bud and "Københavnerstang" (lovely Danish popsicle) with a grapefruit pulp and zesty pop of bitterness to finish.
