A malty base sets the stage for a balanced interplay of UK and New World hops with Simcoe, Amarillo and UK Cascade added at flame out and dry hop, and Challenger during the boil. At 5% abv it is the perfect brew for a day out on the Kent Coast, whether down from London or not.
