Our first Patrons Projects collab beer of 2024, and we’ve teamed with Macclesfield’s Red Willow for a sesh. Hopped with Idaho 7, Luminosa and new HBC431, this IPA has a depth of tropical juice flavours thanks to the Idaho, and the dry hopping with HBC431 and Luminosa bring subtle notes of peach, berries and some more vibrant tropical fruit. Hands up is the fourth release of Risotto Studios’ Patrons Projects series.

Sormenleveyden verran vaaleaa vaahtoa samean persikankeltaisen valoaläpipäästävän semiläpinäkyvän oluen yllä joka tuoksuu kepeän hedelmäisen sitruksisen pajuisen mangoisen vesimelonisen mehuisalle ja maistuu lempeän rapsahtavan sitruksisen pajuisen tanniinisen mehuisalle, kolme ja kolmevarttia ylöspäin. Samea, keltainen olut. Samettinen, tiivis, valkoinen vaahto. Maku kuiva, hedelmäinen. Ei ehkä vetinen mutta ponneton. Silti ensimmäinen ajatus oli: ”hedelmävissyä”.

Mukavan hedelmäinen maku mikä kääntyy hieman kuivahkon puolelle. Laadukkaan oloinen ipa,jää kyllä hieman kevyeksi mutta session sarjassa hyvä suoritus.

Easy tropical fruits Session IPA with peach, grapefruit and pineapple on top. Floral hops that lead the way to drying lemony finish. Light and quaffable but also forgettable 🍻 Would appreciate the two layer “peel & reveal” label but the colors had got stuck to both sides and it was a mess 👎 Is this common ?
