The first taste of maple syrup is really overbearing and the only thing you can focus on. It’s kind of a smoky maple flavour and distracts from anything else. But once you get used to it the sweetness is okay and is followed by the sour apples and blueberry. A little biscuity and subtle vanilla

Une odeur qui me plaît pas trop, une sorte d’odeur de pineau. Au goût c’est très acide et on retrouve en bouche l’odeur ! Très surpris à la première gorgée, mais pas mauvais au fil des gorgées
