Obolon Wheat is a wheat beer. The bubble carbonation, light body, dry finish makes wheat beer so refreshing. The grainy character of wheat softens the taste, and along with the fluffy body, makes the beer smooth. Specialized strains of yeast are used which produce overtones of banana and clove.
