Création Qoqa... Hiiumaa est la deuxième plus grande île d’Estonie, dans la mer Baltique, au nord de l’île de Saaremaa, dont elle n'est séparée que de 5,3 kilomètres. Alcool bien intégré, légèrement anguleuse, notes de torréfaction élevée agréables.
