Very subtle pour from this one leaving a light red body, with a nice orange hue, looking like a blood orange in the light. No foam but tonnes of expected carbonation. Scents of tart raspberry and crushed lemon with a gentle mango sweetness concealed in the rear of the nose. Mouthfeel is intense, light bodied but very sharp at the beginning with lots of bite then the sourness gushes in to contort the interior of the your mouth. Taste is a firm foundation of bitter citrus with lashings of pressed raspberries merging perfectly. The mango can't be detected in the taste the way it was in the scent but there is enough sweetness in the lemon and raspberry to keep a balance with the, well, lemon and raspberry. Another cracking sour from Bullhouse.

What an aroma! An assault of raspberry, mango and also sweet note of coconut or vanilla on the nose. The taste is superb and so refreshing 😋
