Hot on the heels of our Rhubarb Beer release in August, we’re thrilled to introduce the first in our vintage series: Sea Buckthorn 2023! This beer has been a labor of love for the past couple of years. We’ve meticulously fine-tuned both the base recipe and the flavor profile. The result? A beer we’re truly proud of. Elegant and distinctive, it offers a subtle yet unmistakable sea buckthorn flavor. Fresh out of the brewery, it’s a delight. But here’s the exciting part: we anticipate it maturing beautifully over the next 5 years. Our oldest prototypes, dating back to summer 2019, are still improving, which gives us confidence that this vintage can be aged for at least 5 years, perhaps even longer.
