Très belle amertume.

20/24 countdown to Christmas 🖖🎅🍺 My first beer of my Polish Tour and beer number twenty to see the Santa Claus and... lovely surprise from local brewery. Lubuskie IPA from Witnica Brewery is absolutely great craft beer. In my opinion it's very nice combo of traditional English IPA with polish soul 🖖🎅🍺 * APPEARANCE: very nice dark amber colour with small white head and right carbonation. First impression of the whole appearance really increased my appetite 😋 * AROMA: definitely citrus and hoppy with little bit tropical fruits notes. Caramel very slightly on the background. * TASTE: great mix of traditional Indian Pale Ale with American hops. To my very surprise this beer was created by six hops 😲! Citra, Amarillo, Zeus, Cascade, Chinook and Centennial they provide excellent bitterness and citrus, spicy flavour. Additionally we can recognise caramel notes especially in aftertaste. Slightly tropical fruits. * MOUTHFEEL: full body with medium carbonation. Aftertaste - sweet, caramel and bitter. * OVERALL: definitely this beer is worth to drink another pint especially with good food. Excellent bitterness and smooth caramel notes.

Really bitter, but overall nice and with a mouthfull taste
