This has a banana, clove, very light bubblegum that is a little grainy and peppery. What makes it stand out is that it has a little cherry to it that gets stronger as it warms. Would this stand up to a German Hefe, no. It’s really a 3.3 but I gave it an extra .1 because of the cherry. Date on can is 8/8/25. Go Birds!!! 🦅🦅🦅
